The Toronto Maple Leafs have assigned Rasmus Sandin to the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League.
For the time being, the Maple Leafs will see how Sandin fares in AHL games before deciding where he will officially be assigned this season; AHL, SHL (SWE) or SSM (OHL).
